Your deposit secures your event date and allows us to begin sourcing ingredients, reserving equipment, and planning your pig roast experience with care.

Your Deposit Includes

✓ Initial consultation and event planning
✓ Menu and service customization (if applicable)
✓ Pig and equipment allocation
✓ Preparation and coordination by our culinary team

The remaining balance will be due prior to your event, with final pricing based on your selected package, guest count, and any custom menu additions.

What Happens Next?

  1. Complete your deposit payment.

  2. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours.

  3. Our chef will contact you to discuss your event details, guest count, location, timing, and any custom menu requests. Please note we cannot garuntee your chosen date but will do our best to accomodate. To get your date we prefer 4-5 weeks notice.

  4. We'll prepare a personalized quote and finalize your pig roast experience.

Deposit Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the date of your event is secured. If no date can be agreed upon, you will be refunded.

  • Changes to guest count or menu selections may affect the final balance. Depending on the size of pig, pricing will vary.

  • Final payment is due prior to your scheduled event date.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
