Meet the Chef Behind Warrior Wellness Kitchen
Born literally between the cleaver and the counter in a family butcher shop, Adam Carroll's life has always revolved around food, craftsmanship, and bringing people together around the table.
With more than 30 years of culinary experience and three Red Seal certifications, Adam combines the skill of a chef with the knowledge of a traditional butcher. His passion for quality ingredients, old-world cooking methods, and genuine hospitality can be found in everything created through Warrior Wellness Kitchen.
Raised with a deep respect for locally sourced food, seasonality, and the simple joy of sharing a meal, Adam believes food should do more than satisfy hunger, it should nourish the body, create connection, and become part of life's most meaningful moments.
Most recently, Adam served as Head Chef of Catering at Bingemans, one of Canada's leading catering companies, where he helped create exceptional dining experiences for events of every size. Today, he brings that expertise home to Warrior Wellness Kitchen.
From farm-to-table catering and pig roasts to family meal prep, postpartum nourishment, retreats, camps, handcrafted tallow, and herbal wellness products, Adam pours his heart into every offering. His commitment to quality, tradition, and community is at the center of everything we do.
