The end of life is not a medical event.
It is a sacred season.

Just like the beginning, it deserves softness.
It deserves tenderness.
It deserves time, dignity, and love.

As an end-of-life doula, I walk alongside families who want to keep their loved one at home for as long as possible, surrounded by familiarity, comfort, and the people who matter most.

I am here to hold the space, support the practical, and care for your loved one as if they were my own.

Keeping Your Loved One at Home

Home is where stories live.
Where memories breathe.
Where comfort comes naturally.

I provide compassionate in-home support so families can focus on being present not overwhelmed.

Whether your loved one is aging, living with a terminal diagnosis, or in their final months, weeks or days, I offer calm, steady, trauma-informed care that centers dignity and respect.

Overnight Support

The nights can feel the longest.

I provide peaceful overnight presence so you can rest knowing someone attentive and compassionate is there.

Overnight care may include:

  • Comfort measures and gentle repositioning

  • Monitoring and noticing subtle changes

  • Emotional reassurance

  • Sitting vigil

  • Light personal care support

  • Creating a calm, soothing environment

You deserve sleep.
Your loved one deserves steady presence.

Daytime Support

Days bring decisions, emotions, visitors, and fatigue.

I offer grounded daytime care that supports both your loved one and the family as a whole.

Daytime support may include:

  • Companion care and conversation

  • Assistance with meals and light nourishment

  • Gentle personal care

  • Emotional and spiritual presence

  • Respite for primary caregivers

  • Support during hospice visits

  • Creating meaningful moments and rituals

Trauma-Informed & Compassionate Care

End-of-life can stir old wounds, unresolved grief, and deep emotions.

My approach is trauma-informed, heart-led, and deeply respectful.
I move slowly.
I listen carefully.
I follow your family’s rhythm.

Every individual deserves to feel safe, seen, and honored in their final chapter.

I Care for Your Loved One Like My Own

This work is personal to me.

I believe the end of life is not something to rush through or fear but something to soften into with support.

I treat your family member the way I would want mine treated:
With patience.
With gentleness.
With dignity.
With love.

The End Is Like the Beginning

We prepare so carefully for birth.
We gather support.
We honor the transition.

The end of life deserves the same reverence.

It is a threshold.
A sacred crossing.
A time when steady presence matters more than perfection.

You do not have to walk it alone.

Kristin is an End-of-Life Doula, Trauma-Informed Specialist, and Holistic Support Guide devoted to supporting individuals and families through the tender final chapter of life.

With years of experience holding space during profound transitions, Kristin offers steady, heart-centered care that honors each person’s unique story and timeline. Her work is rooted in emotional presence, practical support, and deep respect for the sacredness of dying at home.

Kristin believes that just as birth is supported with intention and compassion, the end of life deserves the same softness and reverence. Her calm guidance helps families feel grounded, informed, and deeply supported as they navigate this sacred threshold together.
