    A Baby and Me mindful fitness class for pregnancy and post partum women looking to build strength in total body, core and pelvic floor. For all ages babies up to 18 months.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    A foundational class for fertility and pregnancy to build strength in both mind and body to have confidence to birth your baby and become a parent.

  • Private Fitness and Yoga Sessions

    One on one sessions for Post Natal women looking to build total body strength and restore their core and pelvic floor post childbrth.
