Kristin is a trauma-informed practitioner, corrective exercise specialist, and intuitive guide who supports women through the physical, emotional, and energetic healing needed after pregnancy and birth. With advanced training under Dr. Sarah Duvall, years of hands-on experience, and a holistic background in yoga, breathwork, and postpartum care, she brings a grounded, nurturing presence to every session.

She believes pelvic health is more than a set of symptoms, it’s a reflection of the whole person. Core weakness, diastasis recti, leaking, pelvic heaviness, and postnatal discomfort don’t exist in isolation; they’re shaped by your birth story, your nervous system, your movement patterns, your environment, and your lived experiences. Kristin’s work honours all of this.
