See What Others Loved About the Workshop...
"The workshop had an inviting atmosphere that made it easy to ask questions and get personalized advice from the teachers. Throughout the session, they provided helpful feedback that allowed me to really feel each exercise and make sure I was doing it correctly. In addition, they had us practice a variety of poses so we could better understand which muscles were being engaged in each pose." - A.L.
Â
"I found this pelvic floor workshop incredibly valuable and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about this important muscle group. Kristin and Meryl are both experienced instructors who clearly have a deep understanding of this subject matter and know how to effectively teach it in a way that allows their students to learn quickly and effectively." - H.T.
