Confident Beginnings: A Prenatal Breastfeeding Workshop

Preparing to feed your baby is one of the most empowering things you can do before your little one arrives. Don’t wait until baby is in your arms—set yourself up with knowledge, tools, and confidence during pregnancy, so you feel prepared and supported from the very beginning.

 

What to Expect:

Join Kristin in person in Georgetown, Ontario for a thoughtful, in-depth conversation about infant feeding and how to protect and support your breastfeeding journey—whatever your goals may be.

Whether you plan to breastfeed, combo feed, pump, or remain open to what’s best for you and baby, this workshop offers a supportive space to explore your options and gain practical insight.

Meet Your Guide: Kristin

With over 8 years of experience supporting pre- and postnatal families, Kristin brings deep wisdom, compassion, and practical guidance to every part of your motherhood journey. As a certified Breastfeeding Counsellor, Childbirth Educator, and Full-Spectrum Doula, she has helped countless women feel informed, confident, and empowered in how they choose to feed their babies.

Kristin teaches weekly Prenatal Yoga and Baby & Me Yoga classes, where she supports physical and emotional wellness through mindful movement, breath, and connection. Her focus on mobility, pain prevention during pregnancy, and pelvic floor recovery brings a whole-body approach to postpartum healing.

Through her autonomy-based, holistic coaching style, Kristin creates safe, judgment-free spaces where women are encouraged to ask questions, explore their options, and trust their intuition. She believes that when you shift your mindset, you change your entire journey—and that includes your feeding experience.

In this Breastfeeding Workshop, Kristin brings together evidence-based knowledge and real-world insight to help you feel prepared and supported—so you can begin your feeding journey from a place of clarity, not confusion.
