Reiki Master | Birth Companion & Doula | Pre & Postnatal Yoga & Fitness Teacher

Kristin Heywood has been guiding women and families on transformative journeys for over eight years. As a certified Reiki Master, she brings a heart-centered, holistic approach to energy healing, helping students awaken their innate healing abilities and deepen their connection to themselves and others.

Drawn to Reiki for its gentle yet powerful ability to harmonize body, mind, and spirit, Kristin has trained extensively in both Usui Reiki Level I, II and III as well as her Master Training, and she honors the lineage and integrity of the practice in every workshop she teaches. She integrates her deep understanding of anatomy, energy systems, and the feminine body, gained through years of prenatal and postnatal yoga and fitness instruction, into her Reiki teachings, creating a safe, nurturing environment for all.

Kristin’s teaching philosophy centers on empowering students to access their intuition and innate healing abilities. She guides participants through both the practical techniques of Reiki and the energetic, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of the work. Her approach is compassionate, inclusive, and grounded, offering tools that students can immediately apply to themselves, their loved ones, and the broader world.

As a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Kristin has supported countless women through pivotal life transitions, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of presence, energy, and self-trust. She now shares these principles in her Reiki trainings, helping each student open to their potential as a healer while honoring their own unique journey.
