Breastfeeding 101 - A Workshop

You're One Step Closer to a Confident Start

Congratulations on investing in yourself and your baby's feeding journey. Our Prenatal Breastfeeding Workshop is designed to help you feel informed, empowered, and prepared before your little one arrives.

Whether this is your first baby or you're looking for a different experience this time around, you'll leave with practical knowledge, realistic expectations, and the confidence to begin your breastfeeding journey.

During this workshop you'll learn:

  • How your body prepares to make milk

  • The first hours after birth and what to expect

  • Achieving a deep, comfortable latch

  • Feeding cues and newborn feeding patterns

  • How to know your baby is getting enough milk

  • Common breastfeeding challenges and simple solutions

  • Pumping, milk storage, and introducing bottles

  • Partner support and creating a successful breastfeeding environment

  • Helpful products you actually need (and those you don't!)

Who This Workshop Is For

Expecting parents at any stage of pregnancy are welcome. Partners and support people are encouraged to attend, as they play an important role in a successful breastfeeding journey.

Investment

$65 per family

(One registration includes the expecting Mother and one support person.)

Please bring:

  • A notebook (optional)

  • Any questions you already have, we encourage them!

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited class sizes, registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to a future workshop with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
