Movement.

Kristin thoughtfully designs each class to support your changing and growing body throughout pregnancy. The focus is on functional movement and building strength in the areas most affected by pregnancy, childbirth, and the fourth trimester. You'll explore pelvic floor awareness and relaxation techniques, as well as movement practices that can support you during labor and aid in your postpartum recovery.

Meditation

Kristin guides a moving meditation rooted in Kriya Yoga and Yoga Nidra, specifically adapted for pregnancy. Trained in this unique practice, she weaves together intentional movement, guided visulizations, mantra (chanting), mudra (hand gestures), and breathwork to create a deeply grounding and transformative experience. Her classes are designed to help you cultivate a stronger connection to yourself and your baby, while feeling strong in both body and mind.

Community

Connect with other local moms who are walking a similar path during what can often feel like a lonely time. Build meaningful community, share your experiences, and start creating your village — a circle of support filled with Women who truly understand and are there to cheer you on.

Classes are led by Kristin Heywood, a certified Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer and Reiki Master. She also brings her experience as a Breastfeeding Counsellor, Holistic Childbirth Educator, and Birth Companion. Through prenatal yoga and holistic support, Kristin is dedicated to helping you connect more deeply with yourself and feel empowered through every stage of your journey.
