A weekly guided session where you’ll learn how your breath, posture, alignment, and nervous system all contribute to pelvic health. Each class includes:

You’ll leave each class feeling informed, supported, and more connected to your core.

Kristin Heywood is a trauma-informed practitioner and corrective exercise specialist with years of experience supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Trained under Dr. Sarah Duvall in the Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist program, Kristin has helped hundreds of women rebuild core strength, restore pelvic floor function, and reconnect with their bodies after childbirth.

Her holistic approach blends functional movement, breathwork, yoga, and mind-body awareness to create a safe, supportive space for healing. Kristin’s compassionate, intuitive guidance inspires women to move confidently, reduce discomfort, and feel at home in their bodies again.
