3 Things to Start doing now if your Pregnant

When you find out you're pregnant, there's often a whirlwind of information and advice being thrown at you.

These three tips will help make things less complicated and more supportive for you during this important time:⁣

1. Start to build your village- hire a coach or doula (like moi ;)) who can be by your side, offering credible information and guidance. Reach out to local prenatal practitioners who can be on your team!⁣

2. Find a provider that aligns with your pregnancy and birth wishes. ⁣

3. Practice prenatal yoga! This practice can help you to connect with baby and yourself. It can teach you ways to support yourself through stillness and movement in pregnancy, birth and beyond. Those who practice on a regular basis often report fewer aches and pains, and more confidence in the process.⁣
