A Mindful fitness class focusing on core and pelvic floor strengthening and restoration.

Get active while your baby is close by! Classes hosted in Georgetown, Ontario!

This class is perfect for pregnancy or postpartum women looking to build strength and awareness of their core and pelvic floor and the areas most affected by pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

Each week will be different exercises targeting the major muscle groups to build strength and bring awareness to your pelvic floor through breath and movement.

This will be a circut-style class with different props provided each week. Including:

  • Dumbbells

  • Kettlebells

  • Plyometrics

  • Functional training

  • Assorted Yoga props

  • Resistance bands

    Feel stronger in both mind and body in this playful yet challenging class!

    Hosted at Crystal Tree Yoga Studio in Georgetown, Ontario.
    Mondays or Thursdays at 12:30pm

Meet Kristin

Kristin has worked with Pre and Post Natal families for over 8 years. She teaches Prenatal Yoga and Baby and Me yoga aiming to guide you on a stronger connection to self. She focuses on mobility work to avoid pain during pregnancy and post childbirth and pelvic floor recovery and rebuild. She is also a full spectrum Doula and Birth Companion, Childbirth Educator and Infant Feeding Counsellor and offers Holistic education to the community for women to take back birth and own their unique stories. Kristin’s approach to coaching is autonomy-based and rooted in mindset switch. Change your mind, change your journey!
