What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is often called “yogic sleep,” a guided meditation practice that brings the body into deep rest while the mind remains softly aware.

In this restful state, the nervous system has an opportunity to regulate, the body can begin to restore, and the mind can soften out of survival mode.

Combined with sound healing frequencies and grounding instruments, this experience becomes a deeply calming journey for the body, mind, and spirit.

With a rich background in prenatal yoga, holistic birth support, and postpartum care, Kristin brings a deeply nurturing energy to her Yoga Nidra offerings, creating spaces where rest becomes medicine, and stillness reveals wisdom.

She believes that motherhood is not just a physical transformation, it is a profound spiritual awakening. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, Kristin helps women reconnect with their bodies, trust their intuition, and gently restore their nervous systems in preparation for birth, postpartum recovery, or simply navigating the intensity of life with more grace.
