What Your Morning Includes...

Gentle Postpartum Yoga

A slow, nurturing movement practice created especially for the postpartum body.

Kristin will guide you through mindful stretching and breathwork designed to bring relief to the areas most impacted after pregnancy and birth. This is not about intensity or “getting back.” It’s about creating space, restoring connection, and moving with awareness.

Come exactly as you are.
Leave feeling lighter, supported, and more at home in your body.

Private Baby Herbal Milk Bath Ritual

Each mother will bathe her baby in a private baby tub infused with soothing herbs and botanicals.

A sacred moment of connection.

After the bath:
• You’ll massage your baby with neutral massage oil
• Wrap them in a cozy robe
• Slow down and simply be together

Take home the massage oil as a special treat!

Healing Sound Bath

Throughout the spa experience, gentle healing tones from crystal singing bowls and soothing instruments will fill the space, creating a deeply calming atmosphere for both mother and baby.

These subtle vibrations are designed to support relaxation, regulate the nervous system, and enhance the feeling of peace during your baby’s bath and massage ritual.

Soft. Grounding. Restorative.

A quiet layer of sound to help you both settle and simply be.

High Tea Experience

After your spa ritual, stay and enjoy a beautifully curated high tea catered by Alba, our private chef and host.

Includes:
• Fresh sandwiches
• Seasonal snacks
• Light treats
• Warrior Wellness “Vateana”  — crafted specifically for women in this sacred postpartum window

Kristin is a trauma-informed practitioner, corrective exercise specialist, and intuitive guide devoted to supporting women through the tender season of postpartum. With advanced training and years of experience in yoga, breathwork, and pre/postnatal care, she brings a grounded, nurturing presence to every space she holds.

Her work honours the reality that healing after pregnancy and birth is not just physical, it is emotional, hormonal, and deeply personal. The shoulders that ache, the back that feels tired, the core that feels different, all of it tells a story. Kristin approaches each gathering with compassion, awareness, and deep respect for the nervous system and the lived experience of motherhood.

During this event, she will gently guide mothers through restorative movement and breathwork designed to bring ease into the areas most impacted during postpartum. Her intention is simple: to help women feel supported, seen, and more at home in their bodies while creating meaningful moments of connection with their babies and each other.

Alba Kiss began her culinary journey as a baker and cake decorator, training under Pastry Chef Kay Wong at the McCall’s School of Cake Decorating in Etobicoke. Her talent quickly opened doors into Toronto’s restaurant scene, where she worked alongside renowned chefs including Rob Rainford, Jamie Oliver, and Massimo Capra.

With experience spanning boutique restaurants, high-volume banquets, and institutional kitchens, Alba refined her craft while deepening her commitment to sustainable, from-scratch cooking.

Now working independently, Alba blends her culinary expertise with her background as a certified yoga teacher and Reiki Master, creating food that is nourishing, thoughtfully sourced, and infused with intention. Food, for Alba, is truly a love language.
