About The Event

The weather, a hectic work schedule, gyms and yoga studios closed or even boredom with your workout routine can throw you off your fitness and nutrition goals. Kick start or stick to your goals with this 15-day Mindful fit challenge. The best part; you don't need to be super-fit or belong to a gym or studio to commit to this challenge.

The 15-Day Mindful Fit Challenge is designed to work every major muscle group in your body.  The structure of this fitness plan gives you the opportunity to improve your fitness and reshape your body while allowing each muscle group adequate recovery time. We always link breath with movement to ensure for mindful movement.

So, how does the 15-Day Mindful Fit Challenge work? Each day you have a different mini-challenge. Whether you're new or skilled at working out, each mini-challenge is tiered to challenge any fitness level. The goal is to get you stronger and more mindful in only 2 weeks!

Each week we will meet at 8:30 am for a 30-minute LIVE workout via Zoom. I will mix the sessions up and include yoga, weight training, plyometrics, functional training, and relaxation.

I will use props that are available to you within your household.

If you miss the live class, an email will be sent to you so you can complete the challenge on your own (video will not be provided, only written instruction)

Our daily meetups will help to build commitment, motivation, connection, and camaraderie. Holding us all accountable to reach our goals no matter what they may be!

~Kristin is a  certified Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher specializing in Pre and postnatal, children, and families. 

Participants must reside in Canada and complete a liability form prior to June 4.
