Join Kristin in this 75 minute Prenatal Yoga class catered to moms in all stages of pregnancy. Through the use of props, movement, breath, meditation and mudras; this practice will help connect mom with her power. These techniques can aid to filter out distraction and own your birthing space.

Students will receive a link to their emails prior to the class. A liability form will need to be completed beforehand and will be emailed to the moms prior to class.
~Kristin is a Pregnancy and Post partum yoga instructor and corrective exercises specialist. She also is an infant feeding cousellor, offering support to moms in all stages.
