This workshop will help students learn different ways to protect the pelvic floor area and to help rebuild core.
Kristin will discuss how to connect movement with breath during physical exercise and in day to day living. She will also discuss the interesting connection between the feet and the pelvic floor.
Whether students have given birth 6 weeks ago or 10 years ago, this workshop will help to restore balance to the physical body in the areas that are most affected by pregnancy and birth.
Kristin will begin with an information session followed by guided movement which will allow students to experience and feel the information learned in a very physical way and where they will leave the session with the experiential knowledge that can help them to take control of their core and pelvic floor in daily life and activities.
