Create and instill a daily meditation practice.

Reap full body benefits of calming your mind in a chaotic world.

Do you find yourself unable to relax in chaos?

Are you looking to learn ways to stay patient and trusting?

Do household chores make you feel anxious and overwhelmed?

Does it often feel like you never get anywhere with day to day duties?

Is your home always a mess?

Is work and home life spilling in togheter and your having a hard time unplugging?

Has Covid affected you  or your family negativly and your are struggling with the decisouns needing to be made?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this is the group for you!

This challenge is designed by a woman for women. As women we are often wearing many hats, cooking, cleaning, running our own businesses, taking care of our children, pets, finding time for our own self care and the list goes on. 

During these 2 weeks I will share with you my daily meditation practice and help you learn ways to manage daily stresses. We all have stressors, life is full of them, but they don't need to stress us out and cause anxiety. 

I invite you to challenge yourself and embark on this journey to reach your minds full potential. 

Each week we will meet at 5:30 am for a 15-20 minute LIVE meditation via Zoom. The sessions will include breath-work, mantra and mudra to aid in relaxation and connection to self. 

The audio recording will be sent to everyone to have for your tool bank when you are needing a guided meditation.

Our daily meetups will help to build commitment, motivation, connection, and camaraderie. Holding us all accountable no matter what goals we may have!

~Kristin is a  certified Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher specializing in Pre and postnatal, children, and families. 

Participants must reside in Canada and complete a liability form prior to September 14.
