About The Event
This introduction to yoga, meditation, and the concept of mindfulness is perfect for girls of all ages.
Our workshop will include a 1 hour yoga introduction with Kristin followed by meditation practice. We will engage in some crafts as a means to manage stress and feed our creativity. The brilliant Shannon Smith from M power will be co-hosting with me and guiding the girls through some amazing discussions and group work.
Stress affects us all and we can learn to love ourselves through times of struggle and thrive.
A variety of positive coping strategies will be introduced in a fun and relaxed environment.
Includes a mala bead making session to help during times of stress.
