When you're pregnant, it can feel like everyday is a challenge You wake up with aches + pains, your sleep is disrupted, and you just don't quite feel like yourself. But what if it didn't have to be that way?

Find Stillness in Chaos with me this June
The weather, a hectic work schedule, gyms and yoga studios closed or even boredom with your routine can throw you off your fitness and nutrition goals. Kick start or stick to your goals with this 3 day Holistic living challenge.
Do you find you get to the end of the day and haven’t moved your body? Are you struggling with sleep, can’t fall asleep or waking in the night? Do you want to have more energy?
This 3 day challenge is designed to help you tune into your needs. Learn ways to decipher your cues for movement, stillness, hunger and sleep and then answer them appropriately.
The four main focuses of this challenge is nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, movement and pelvic health.
For 3 days I will go live in our Private facebook community at 2pm for 20 minutes of movement and meditation. The classes will be designed in a mindful way for you to be able to incorporate the movements throughout your day for the rest of your pregnancy. We focus on total body strength with strong attention to the pelvic floor and core.
When you feel strong and capable in Pregnancy, it carries through making birth more manageable and parenting that much easier.
If you miss the live class, the class will be accessible in the facebook group for you to watch at your leisure.
Our daily meetups will help to build commitment, motivation, connection, and camaraderie. Holding us all accountable to reach our goals no matter what they may be!

~Kristin is a Pregnancy and Post Partum Coach, Childbirth Educator and Infant feeding specialist. She is also a Personal trainer, yoga teacher and nutrition specialist specializing in Pre and post natal. Kristin is also studying to be a Birth and Post partum doula. Kristin specializes in working with the Pelvic floor and core and works closely with a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist.
