About The Event

​This workshop features education and exercise to help you prepare for a smoother birth and recovery. 

It is designed to inform and empower women with an honest look at how pregnancy and birth can change your body and how women can best support their body through these changes.

We talk breathing, hip and pelvis alignement, your pelvic floor, diastasis recti,  birth position, the scoop on pushing, post partum healing and more!

Preventative, restorative and strengtheing exercises witll be encouraged for optimal healing.

Yoga for Childbirth is a mind-body approach to pregnancy, birth and postpartum healing. Women will learn about their bodies in a whole new light with information that is too often overlooked.

Kristin combines a variety of movement, kriya, mantra, mudra and meditation throughout this workshop, which can help you to work towards a more relaxing pregnacy, childbirth and 4th trimester. 

Mudras are gestures with the hands and Kriya yoga is a yoga practice that invovles the movement of energy. Kristin is trained in the practice of Prenatal Kriya Yoga.

Childbirth is a sacred moment in a piveotol time in your life, lets work towards enjoying it as much as possible!

Kristin is a Childbirth Educator, feeding cousellor and Pre/post natal Yoga and Fitness Instructor!
