About The Event

Join me in a 60 minute yoga practice focusing on postural yoga, strength and mobility training, breathwork and meditation. 

This class will run in my private backyard next to a crackling fire. 

Due to the nature of the class, we will be focusing on the fire element within the body. Taking time to balance all elements through movement, breath and mudras. 

Connecting with the fire element can encourage connection to your body and mind encouragoing self healing, transformation and strength.

Reconnect to your power and join me on your mat.

Following our 1 hour yoga practice, yogis have the option to stay and hang out around the fire, 2 meters a part of course.

Please adhere to 2 meteres of social distancing on and off your mats.

Yogis will be required to fill out a waivor prior to practice. 

This class is ideal for pre/post natal but is open to all.
