Join me in this 14 day Mindfulness challenge.
Each day we will have a simple mindful activity including breathing techniques, yoga poses, family projects and more.
You can join the challenge by signing up, each day you will get a reminder in your inbox about the challenge and our daily activity. A guided meditation or yoga class is included on some of the days.
This challenge will get everyone moving, breathing, outside into nature and reconnecting.
You do not need to post on social media to join the challenge, if you are active on social media, I would appreciate that.

To join, simply email me "I'm in", this will allow me to send you daily emails. I am basing this challenge on trust, you do not need to prove to me that you completed the challenge and the daily tasks. If you miss a day, don't beat yourself up, complete 2 the next day. Some of these activities literally take under 5 minutes.
Do it as a family or do it on your own, have fun, let loose, get messy, step out of your comfort zone!

The yoga dice game is a set of 4 blocks that have different yoga poses on them. If you are wanting to start practicing yoga in a fun and unique way here's a perfect way to start! Incorporating essential oils into your daily yoga or meditation practice can also aid in relaxation. Learn ways to incorporate your oils over the course of this challenge and then start using them!
